Who we are

TriStateMovers is a referral service. We are not a moving company and we do not carry out moves. We collect details about your move and pass them to moving companies that serve your area so they can quote you directly.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, you give us:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The ZIP codes you are moving from and to, and your target move date
• Your home size, move type and any additional services you select

We also record which of our pages you arrived on, the site or search that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. We use that to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you.

Who we share it with

We share your quote request with moving companies that serve your route, so that they can contact you. Once a mover has your request, its own privacy practices apply to how it handles your information, and you should ask that company directly if you want it deleted from its records.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email. We do not sell your information.

Phone calls and text messages

By submitting a quote request you are asking moving companies to contact you about your move, including by phone, text and email at the number and address you provided. You can tell any mover to stop contacting you and it must comply. Asking us for quotes is never a condition of buying anything.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics to count visits, see which pages people read, and measure whether a quote request came from a search engine, an AI assistant, or a link on another site. You can block cookies in your browser; the quote form still works if you do.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask us not to sell or share your personal information; we do not sell it in any case.

Children

This site is for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
